Payment must be made in advance and in U.S. dollars by cash, check, International Money Order, or draft on a U.S. bank.  Credit card payments may be by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  Cardholder's name, card number and expiration date must be supplied in a signed note authorizing the total amount of purchase.   Shipping and handling charges additional for all purchases.

Orders are shipped next day if in stock and as soon as they arrive from the manufacturers if they are special orders.  All items carry the manufacturer's warranty and all claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

All special orders must be paid for in full and in advance including shipping charges.  Items not shipped will be back-ordered and will be shipped as available.  Special order prices quoted are not firm and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and value of the U.S. dollar at time of delivery.

Merchandise is subject to availability.

International shipping: We recommend shipping by U.P.S. (United Parcel Service) because they will insure parcels for the full amount, delivery is dependable, and items are more certain to arrive undamaged. U.P.S. is faster and the parcels can be tracked. By mail (Registered, small packet or Air Parcel Post) the insurance available, size and weight depend on the country. Postal service is not always dependable, and there is a greater chance of receiving the items damaged. Tracking lost parcels is practically impossible, claims cannot be made until 3 months after shipping date, and payment of claims can take 2 years. If customer wants a devalued shipment, payment must be received in cash, International Postal Money order, certified bank check, or traveler's checks. Credit cards will not be accepted for undervalued shipments which are not fully insured and customer will assume all responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. We will not ship by surface post. Customs and Duty are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges depend on the amount of insurance, weight and size of the parcel. We will not be responsible for loss or damage over the
insured amount if the customer requests to devalue the shipment. We will charge a nominal packing and handling charge and an additional 5% of the actual shipping charges if payment is made by
credit card.

Claims for returned merchandise must be made within 10 days and require prior written authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No returns, refunds, or cancellations on catalogs and special orders.

A 15% restocking charge will be made on all returned merchandise.  All orders shipped must be insured, and we will charge accordingly for this service.  Items damaged in shipment must be returned immediately and we will then file a claim against the carrier.
